Description
The SureFire X300T-A is built for professionals and serious defensive shooters who need to positively identify threats at distance rather than simply illuminate them. The defining design choice here is the Turbo reflector: where a wide-flood beam spreads light across a room, the X300T-A concentrates its output into a tight, far-reaching hotspot rated at 66,000 candela. That peak beam intensity is what determines how far a beam throws and how clearly it reveals a target at range — raw lumen output matters far less at distance than candela, and the X300T-A trades peripheral spill for maximum throw.
Attachment uses SureFire’s Lever Latch system, which locks onto both Universal and Picatinny rails and releases quickly without tools. Shooters already running an X300U-A in a duty holster do not need new gear — the X300T-A shares the same footprint and fits existing X300U-A holsters directly. Switching is ambidextrous and accessible without shifting your grip: a push of the paddle gives momentary activation, toggling gives constant-on, and the light also accepts optional DG grip switches and XT remote tape switches for rifle or carbine applications that demand hands-free or pressure-pad control.
The body is machined from aerospace aluminum and finished with a Mil-Spec hard anodize that resists scratching and corrosion. O-ring and gasket sealing bring it to IPX7, meaning it withstands full submersion to one meter for up to thirty minutes — adequate for any foreseeable field condition. Two SF123A lithium batteries are included and deliver the rated 650 lumens for 1.5 hours of runtime. If your work or training demands long-range threat identification from a handgun-mounted light, the X300T-A is the purpose-built tool for that task.
