The mechanism that sets it apart is Frictionless Release Technology, which positions a free-floating roller between the sear and trigger rather than letting the two surfaces slide directly against each other. That rolling contact eliminates the drag that produces creep, so the break happens with no perceptible movement before it fires. Overtravel is held under 0.015 inches and reset under 0.030 inches, both short enough that you can work the trigger quickly without losing your index between shots.

Pull weight adjusts from 1.5 to 4.0 pounds via a single set screw accessible from the top of the housing with the trigger already installed in the lower. That matters because you can dial the weight for a specific match or condition, then return to a heavier setting for field use, without disassembling the firearm.
