The TriggerTech Diamond Single-Stage is built for shooters who want a competition-grade pull in a package that holds up to field conditions. It suits precision-minded AR-15 owners across a wide range of uses — from long-range work and varmint hunting to three-gun competition and close-quarters training — where trigger consistency matters more than price.

The central design question in any single-stage trigger is where you set the wall. TriggerTech addresses this with their CLKR Technology, which lets you dial pull weight in two-ounce increments using an internal set screw accessed from the top of the housing. Critically, that adjustment changes only the weight of the pull — it does not alter the energy delivered to the primer, so you retain reliable ignition regardless of where you set the break. The adjustable range runs from 1.5 to 4.0 pounds, which covers everything from a light competition setup to something more appropriate for a hard-use patrol rifle.

Zero Creep is a genuine mechanical specification here, not a marketing description. The trigger leverages TKR Technology — a frictionless rolling pivot — to eliminate the sliding friction that produces the gritty, inconsistent movement shooters feel as creep in most designs. Overtravel is kept under 0.015 inches and reset under 0.030 inches, both short enough that follow-up shots don’t require you to re-establish your reference point on the lever. The flat face encourages consistent finger placement across trigger pulls, which has a direct effect on where the muzzle points at the break.

The housing is machined from 7075 aluminum with 440C stainless steel for the critical internal components. External surfaces receive a PVD Black coating — Physical Vapour Deposition — which is harder than most applied finishes and resists wear and corrosion at the points most likely to see contact. The unit fits standard mil-spec 0.154-inch trigger pins; no pins are included.
