Description

The Unity Tactical FAST Micro Mount is built for shooters who run optics while wearing gear that changes how their head sits — electronic hearing protection, night vision goggles, or a gas mask. Standard-height mounts demand you drop your chin to find the reticle, which strains the neck and slows acquisition. The FAST Micro’s 2.26-inch optical centerline height brings the sight line up to meet a more natural, heads-up head position, so cheek weld is consistent whether you’re running bare or fully kitted out.

The mount integrates both front and rear backup iron sights beneath the optic, which matters most on short PDW and SMG platforms where rail space runs out quickly. Both are fully adjustable for windage and elevation. If you have a longer rifle with a dedicated front sight already installed, the built-in front post can be removed so the rear aperture pairs with that external sight instead, extending your sight radius without requiring you to abandon the integrated BUIS entirely.

The body is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in Type III hardcoat anodize in Flat Dark Earth. The standard Rail Grabber clamp is included; if you need a quick-detach capability, the mount is compatible with Unity’s FAST QD Lever as a separately purchased upgrade. Optic compatibility centers on the T1/T2 footprint, covering Aimpoint Micro H1, H2, T1, T2, and CompM5 among others that share that pattern.
