Description
The ModButton Lite SYNC is a dual-lead remote pressure switch built for shooters who run a white light and a laser simultaneously and need to fire both from a single thumb activation. The switch is momentary-only, meaning it fires only while pressure is applied — there is no toggle or constant-on mode built into the switch body itself. That design keeps the manual-of-arms simple and eliminates the risk of inadvertently leaving a light or laser running between uses.
The SYNC designation indicates this variant carries two independent leads: a SureFire-compatible cable for Modlite, Arisaka, and SureFire Scout bodies and tail caps, and a MIL-STD Crane-spec laser plug that seats in the standard port found on most military-pattern designators. Both leads fire together on a single press, which gives the shooter visible-light and laser activation without separate switch manipulation. The 4.5-inch cable length suits most standard rifle configurations where the switch sits on the top rail close to the device — longer setups may want the 7-inch variant instead.
The switch body is injection-molded from impact-resistant polymer and fully potted, meaning the internal components are encased in a protective compound that seals out moisture and contaminants. It mounts to any Mil-Std M1913 Picatinny rail and is compatible with Unity Tactical’s LINK System and GASCAP USB-C Tailcap. No tail cap is included in the package; Unity recommends the SureFire DS00 or UE if constant-on capability is needed. An optional M-LOK mounting adapter is sold separately. The switch is designed and patented by Unity Tactical and manufactured in the USA.
