Description
The Wilson Combat grip module for the SIG Sauer P365 XMACRO is a direct-fit polymer replacement designed for shooters who want better hand-to-gun contact without committing to a full pistol change. It ships without a manual safety cutout, which suits the majority of defensive and competition setups where a thumb safety adds a step rather than security.
The geometry changes here address the root causes of inconsistent grip. A high-cut 1911-style beavertail allows the hand to ride higher on the pistol, which shortens the lever arm that muzzle flip acts on and makes follow-up shots more predictable. An undercut front strap and a radiused trigger guard work together to push that grip position as high as the frame permits. The backstrap profile is reshaped to encourage a more natural wrist angle, so the sights align closer to where the hand naturally points without conscious adjustment.
Texture is applied in Wilson Combat’s Starburst pattern across the side panels, with more aggressive coverage on the front strap and backstrap — areas that matter most under recoil or in adverse conditions. The module also incorporates internal slots compatible with Wilson Combat’s rod-style tungsten weights, which shift mass forward and lower in the grip to reduce felt muzzle rise. The 1913 accessory rail runs 6.6 inches and accommodates the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub, the SureFire XSC, the SIG Foxtrot 2, and the Olight Baldr Mini without requiring a non-standard holster — the module remains compatible with standard XMACRO holsters.
Installation is tool-free at the module level; the factory SIG magazine release, spring, and lock are included and transfer directly. Wilson Combat recommends a qualified gunsmith perform the swap. This Tan variant carries part number 365M-ST.
