Description
The VICTRA-12 is a modular shotgun suppressor designed to be reconfigured at different lengths, and this 12-inch rod kit is the hardware that makes that modularity possible. Assembly rods are what hold the suppressor’s baffles in alignment inside the tube — without the correct length rods, the baffle stack for a given configuration simply won’t seat and stay seated under firing conditions. If you’re running the VICTRA-12 at its full 12-inch configuration and need a replacement set, or want a dedicated spare so you can swap between length configurations without reusing the same rods repeatedly, this is the part you need.
The rods are machined from 17-4 stainless steel, a precipitation-hardened grade chosen in suppressor work for its resistance to the corrosive, high-temperature environment inside a can after repeated shotgun rounds. At 3/16-inch diameter, they’re sized specifically for the VICTRA-12 baffle geometry. Sold as a pair, which matches the two-rod arrangement the suppressor requires to keep baffles indexed correctly rather than rotating out of position under recoil.
Shortening the VICTRA-12 from 12 inches down to 10, 8, or 6 inches requires the corresponding rod kit for each length — these 12-inch rods are not trimmed down; each length is its own part. The length difference isn’t cosmetic: dropping to the 6-inch configuration reduces overall weight significantly and affects the suppressor’s sound attenuation, a real trade-off to weigh depending on how you’re using it. If you’re rebuilding to full-length after running a shorter configuration, this kit gets you back there.
