The Victra-12 Improved Cylinder choke is designed specifically for shooters running the Victra-12 modular shotgun suppressor who want a wide, open pattern suited to close-range work — clay targets, home defense, or hunting in tight cover where birds or game appear at short distances.

Unlike a traditional choke that threads into the barrel, this one mounts at the front of the suppressor itself. That placement matters because the wad and shot column have already traveled through the suppressor’s internals before reaching the choke, so the geometry is engineered around that environment rather than adapted from a barrel-mounted design. Improved Cylinder constriction produces a broad spread without choking down the pellet column aggressively, which keeps patterns open and forgiving at ranges where precision matters less than coverage.

The choke is machined from 17-4 stainless steel, a grade chosen for its combination of hardness and corrosion resistance. The material holds its dimensional geometry under repeated firing without the surface degradation that softer steels develop over time, keeping the constriction consistent from the first round to the last. It ships with a Natural Stainless finish — no coating, no treatment — which means the machined surface is what you see and what contacts the shot column.

This choke is not interchangeable with any barrel-mounted system; it is made exclusively for the Victra-12 suppressor. If your intended loads include high-density projectiles such as tungsten or bismuth, the Improved Cylinder constriction is the appropriate choice — tighter constrictions carry separate guidance about those load types that does not apply here.
