Description

The VICTRA-20 Jam Nut is a purpose-built retention component for shooters running the VICTRA-20 modular shotgun suppressor system. Its job is straightforward: once the suppressor mount is threaded onto the host barrel, the jam nut locks the assembly in place and prevents it from walking loose under the repeated impulse of shotgun fire. Without it, even a properly torqued mount can back off over a shooting session, shifting point of impact and compromising the integrity of the attachment.

Yankee Hill Machine machines this nut from 17-4 stainless steel, a precipitation-hardened alloy that holds up to the sustained heat and mechanical stress that shotgun suppressor use generates. The Melonite finish adds a layer of surface hardness and corrosion resistance beyond what bare stainless alone provides, which matters on a component that sits at the junction of barrel and suppressor where fouling and moisture concentrate. At 1.1875 inches in diameter and a quarter inch in depth, it fits flush into the VICTRA-20 mount assembly without adding meaningful length to the overall setup.
