Yankee Hill Machine’s Quick Detach Sling Swivel is built for shooters who run slings across multiple rifles or need to pull a sling free in a hurry without fumbling with hardware. The push-button release mechanism lets you detach the swivel from its mount in one motion and reattach just as quickly, which matters when you’re transitioning between a slung carry and an unsupported shooting position or swapping a sling between platforms at the range.

The swivel is sized for 1.25-inch slings, which covers the overwhelming majority of tactical and hunting slings on the market. At half an ounce, it adds nothing meaningful to the overall weight of a rifle build, making it a practical choice even on ultralight setups where every component gets scrutinized. The mount holds securely under tension until the button is deliberately pressed — there’s no tendency to inadvertently release under the kind of load a sling sees during normal carry.

Manufactured in the United States by Yankee Hill Machine, this is a single swivel. YHM also offers the same swivel in a two-pack under a separate SKU if you’re outfitting a new rifle end-to-end or replacing both ends of a sling system at once. The black finish is consistent with the rest of YHM’s accessory line and blends cleanly with standard mil-spec hardware.
