Description

Troy’s Rear Folding BattleSight with tritium illumination is built for shooters who need a reliable iron sight solution that functions in low-light conditions without any batteries or external power source. Tritium is a radioactive isotope of hydrogen that produces a steady glow through radioluminescence, meaning the sight remains usable in darkness or twilight entirely on its own — there is nothing to switch on and nothing to run dead at the wrong moment.

The sight mounts directly to a Picatinny rail and uses a zero-canting attachment system to ensure it sits true to the bore without lateral drift. A stainless-steel cross-locking mechanism holds the sight upright and on zero under recoil and rough handling, and the same button that deploys it folds it flat when a magnified optic takes priority. That fold-down function makes it practical as a backup to a primary optic rather than a compromise forced on you by space constraints.

Windage adjustment is offered in half-MOA increments per click, which gives you fine enough resolution to dial in an honest zero rather than splitting the difference between clicks. The apertures are snag-free and set at factory height, and the serrated ramp on the sight body cuts glare that would otherwise wash out the sight picture in bright conditions. Construction is hardened aircraft aluminum with stainless steel internal components, finished in mil-spec hardcoat anodize. Troy sources and manufactures this sight in the United States.

This sight is designed for same-plane rail systems. It will not function correctly paired with a railed gas block that sits higher or lower than the receiver rail.
