Description

The Reptilia ROF-90 is built for shooters running a magnified optic on a 34mm tube who need a credible close-range solution without swapping platforms. It mounts directly to the top ring of a Reptilia AUS Mount or a Geissele Super Precision 34mm mount, positioning an Aimpoint ACRO or Steiner MPS at 90 degrees — that is, at the 12 o’clock position — so the red dot sits directly above the magnified optic rather than offset to the side. The practical result is a true co-witness axis: both optics share the same vertical plane, which keeps the transition between them intuitive under stress.

The configuration also opens up a dual-role ammunition approach. Because the ACRO or MPS can be independently zeroed, it can be set for subsonic 300 AAC Blackout while the primary magnified optic remains zeroed for supersonic loads. That lets a shooter work two ballistic solutions on one host rifle without re-zeroing between engagements — useful for night-vision-supported work, where passive aiming through the red dot is the practical choice anyway.

Reptilia machines the ROF-90 from billet 7075-T6 aluminum, which provides the stiffness needed to hold zero across the interface between the two mounts without adding unnecessary weight. The black anodized finish is consistent with the rest of Reptilia’s mount lineup, so it integrates visually and dimensionally with existing hardware. Installation is a drop-in process — no gunsmithing, no modified ring hardware required. If you are already running one of the two compatible 34mm mounts, the ROF-90 adds a second optic capability for a fraction of the cost of a dedicated offset mount system.
