Description
Soft and shifting terrain — sand, mud, loose soil — is where a standard spiked bipod foot starts to work against you. The spike sinks rather than stabilizes, and your point of aim moves with it. The Accu-Tac Spike Claws are built to solve exactly that problem. Each claw threads directly onto the outer thread of an existing Accu-Tac spike, spreading the contact area and giving the foot something to grip rather than burrow into. No tools required, and the swap takes seconds, so you can adapt between surfaces as conditions change during a session.
The claws are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, which keeps weight low without sacrificing the rigidity needed to resist lateral movement under a loaded rifle. The Type III MIL-SPEC hard anodize finish adds a hard, wear-resistant surface layer that holds up to the same abrasive conditions — grit, sand, wet ground — where you are most likely to need this accessory in the first place. The flat black finish avoids unwanted reflection in the field.
The set is sold as a pair and is compatible with any Accu-Tac spike that carries the outer thread. Spikes themselves are sold separately. If you already run Accu-Tac spiked feet and shoot from varied terrain, this is a straightforward, low-weight addition to carry in a field bag so your bipod performs consistently regardless of what you are lying on.
