Description

The B5 Systems P-Grip is a pistol grip for AR-15 platform rifles, designed around a more vertical grip angle than the standard mil-spec geometry. That steeper angle shifts how the wrist aligns with the bore, which tends to improve trigger finger placement and reduce the torque that a rearward-canted grip puts on the wrist during extended use. It suits shooters who find the conventional AR grip angle awkward, or those building a rifle intended for closer, more upright shooting positions.

The grip omits the traditional backstrap entirely. Removing that rear panel raises the hand higher on the grip frame, increasing contact between the palm and the tang area and giving the shooter more direct control over the rifle during recoil. The surface texture is aggressive throughout, maintaining retention whether the hands are dry or wet without requiring a deliberate squeeze.

The grip body accepts a standard battery compartment plug, so small batteries or other compact items can be stored inside the grip without modification. Construction uses mil-spec polymer, the same material specification used across standard military-issue furniture, which balances resistance to impact and temperature variation against weight.
