Description
The B5 Systems Sierra K is built specifically for PDW and compact weapon configurations where a standard carbine stock simply takes up too much real estate. It mounts via the Sierra K Compact Mil-Spec Receiver Extension Kit — a shortened buffer tube arrangement sold separately — which is what allows the stock to achieve its reduced overall footprint without resorting to a proprietary platform. If you’re putting together a short-barreled build where overall length matters, that compact extension is what makes the geometry work.
The cheek profile runs slim by design, which keeps the stock from snagging on gear or tight spaces during movement. The adjustment lever sits flush and snag-free, so changing length of pull doesn’t require hunting for a protrusion. Internal tensioners take up the slack that typically develops between stock and receiver extension over time, keeping the fit solid without requiring constant attention. The anti-slip buttpad holds its position under recoil rather than walking across a shoulder.
Sling attachment is handled by both fixed and limited-rotation QD mounts on each side, giving you genuine ambidextrous options without adapters. The limited-rotation design prevents the sling swivel from flopping into an awkward position and binding during a transition. Hardware is color-matched steel, and materials and finishes meet Mil-Spec standards throughout. This example is finished in Coyote, consistent with B5 Systems’ standard color offering across their stock lineup.
