Description
The B5 Systems Enhanced SOPMOD stock in Woodland is built for AR-15 shooters who want a purpose-driven buttstock rather than a bare-bones collapsible. It fits mil-spec buffer tubes, which covers the vast majority of AR-15 and AR-10 builds, and locks up with the steel hardware you’d expect from a stock intended for hard use rather than range days only.
The cheek weld surface is notably wider and more squared off than the standard SOPMOD geometry, which matters when you’re running a magnified optic or a night vision setup that positions your eye precisely—a taller, flatter shelf keeps your head consistently indexed shot to shot without you having to think about it. The cushioned buttpad sits perpendicular to the stock body rather than angled, which helps maintain a consistent point of contact during rapid strings of fire.
Both sides of the stock carry water-resistant storage compartments sized for spare batteries or similarly small items you want accessible without digging through a pack. The ambidextrous QD sling mount points let you run a two-point sling on either side without adding hardware, keeping the profile clean. A built-in holder accommodates the M4 Multitasker tool for field maintenance. The Woodland camo pattern is molded into the polymer rather than painted on, so it won’t chip or wear through at contact points. Made in the USA, the stock weighs 11.8 oz—light enough that the added features don’t meaningfully change the balance of a typical AR build.
