Description

The Ballistic Advantage Premium Series barrel is built for Glock 19 owners who want a drop-in upgrade that extends capability without sacrificing reliability. It fits Gen 3 through Gen 5 frames, so it serves a wide range of existing Glock 19 platforms without modification.

The barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel, a grade chosen for its combination of strength and corrosion resistance. Each barrel is honed, lapped, and tumbled before leaving the factory — a process that removes microscopic surface irregularities from the bore, which means it runs cleanly from the first round without a break-in period. The bore is held to less than .0001 inch of deviation, which is tighter than what the Glock factory barrel is made to, and that consistency translates directly into repeatable accuracy.

The 1:10 twist rate stabilizes standard 9mm projectile weights reliably across the common range of defensive and practice loads. The QPQ finish on the barrel body adds a hardened corrosion-resistant layer at the surface level, and the PVD Copper exterior coating provides a second layer of protection while giving the barrel its distinctive appearance.

The muzzle is threaded 1/2×28, the standard pitch for 9mm, which allows the barrel to accept compensators or suppressors. The thread protector is not included with this barrel. At 4.5 inches, the barrel extends slightly beyond the standard Glock 19 profile, which is worth accounting for when selecting a holster.
