Description

BCM designed the Gunfighter Stock Kit MOD 0 around the demands of carbine operators who need a stock that stays out of the way of their gear and comes apart simply when circumstances require a different configuration. The polymer shell is contoured without sharp protrusions, so a sling or MOLLE kit draped across the rifle won’t snag on the stock during a hasty transition or a vehicle exit. That same geometry keeps the cheek weld consistent shot to shot without any ledge or rail to catch clothing.

The modular VBOST tab — short for Vehicle Borne Operations Sling Tab — gives a practical answer to a specific problem: when you sling a carbine inside a vehicle, a loose sling tends to migrate and tangle. The tab accepts a riggers’ band or bungee to pin the sling against the stock body, keeping it under control until the rifle is needed again. Two ambidextrous sling attachment points are built in, including QD swivel sockets, so the stock works with a wide range of sling configurations without adapters.

The kit ships as a complete buffer-tube assembly, not just the stock shell. Included are a BCM 7075-T6 mil-spec receiver extension, a castle nut, a mil-spec carbine action spring, a carbine buffer, and a BCM QD swivel mount end plate. That means you can complete a lower or replace a worn buffer system in a single purchase rather than sourcing each component separately. The stock body itself uses just five parts and one screw, which keeps field disassembly straightforward and leaves the design open to future BCM stock configurations as they become available. All components are made in the USA.
