Description

The BCM 1913 Light Mount in KeyMod format is built for shooters running a KeyMod handguard who want a repeatable, stable platform for a pistol or weapon light without adding bulk or hardware that catches on gear. The mount attaches at the 3 or 9 o’clock slot position, giving you the same access point whether you shoot left- or right-handed — it mounts flush to either side or cantilevered outward depending on how you want the light positioned relative to your hand.

Two mounting height options for the 1913 rail section let you tune the light’s vertical placement to clear your grip or align with your preferred activation technique. Multiple hole positions along the mount allow fore-and-aft adjustment so you can balance light overhang against hand clearance. This matters practically: a light that sits too far forward can shift your support hand off a comfortable index point, while one mounted too far back may cause shadow or interfere with a vertical grip.

The mount is machined from aluminum and kept intentionally flat and snag-free in profile — no protruding hardware or sharp edges that would catch on a chest rig or bag during a draw. At 0.9 oz, it adds negligible weight to the front end. Installation uses a Torx wrench, which is included, and BCM specifies 30 in-lbs on the screws with blue threadlocker recommended on the mounting screws for a more secure hold under the vibration of sustained fire.

It is compatible with most 1913-rail light systems, so if you are already running a standard Picatinny-interface light, this mount integrates it onto a KeyMod rail without requiring a separate adapter platform.
