The entire package — stock and barrel alike — is constructed through an autoclave carbon fiber curing process, which drives the resin-to-fiber ratio as high as the process allows. That matters because a higher fiber ratio produces a stiffer, lighter structure than conventional lay-up methods, and stiffness in a stock translates directly into shot-to-shot consistency when the action recoils against the bedding surface.
The barrel uses Bergara’s CURE system, which integrates stainless steel strands within the carbon weave.
