The BoreSnake Viper Den is a one-pass bore cleaning system built for pistol and revolver shooters who want a fast, thorough clean without setting up a full rod-and-patch kit at the bench or in the field. The package pairs the Viper snake itself with a compact carrying case that has a built-in handle, so the whole setup travels in a range bag without rattling around loose.

The Viper’s design puts the work in sequence: a bore guide at the head end seats the snake squarely in the chamber mouth before the cord moves forward, preventing the kind of edge-contact that can score a forcing cone or crown over time. Behind that guide, three bronze brushes do the heavy scrubbing — one more than a conventional two-brush boresnake — concentrating mechanical action on carbon fouling and jacket deposits where a patch alone would smear more than remove. The oversized braided tail that follows has a surface area large enough to wipe the loosened debris out in the same single pull, rather than leaving it to be cleared by a follow-up patch.
