The Impuls-45-M is built for shooters who need a suppressor that can adapt to their carry or duty setup without sacrificing sound reduction. Construction relies entirely on titanium produced through laser bed fusion — an additive manufacturing process that eliminates welding seams and allows internal geometry that machining alone cannot achieve. The Type 2 Anodized finish on the Gray configuration adds a layer of corrosion resistance without meaningfully affecting the weight advantage the titanium body provides.

The modular extension is the practical center of this design. Removing it shortens the overall package for situations where length matters — close-quarters use, appendix carry with a holster rated for suppressor-ready pistols — while reinstalling it recovers the additional baffle volume that pushes sound reduction further. Neither mode is a compromise version of the other; the suppressor is designed to perform at both lengths. The included .578×28 Impuls Device fits the thread pattern shared by most modern .45 ACP pistol barrels, so no separate piston purchase is required out of the box. The adjustable point-of-impact system allows the suppressor’s orientation to be tuned so the added weight does not pull the muzzle off zero. The suppressor is also rated for 10mm, which runs at higher pressure and velocity than .45 ACP, giving owners of dual-caliber platforms flexibility without needing a separate can.
