The BTi-30 is built for precision hunters and bolt-gun shooters who want meaningful sound and concussion reduction without compromising rifle balance or handling. Its Grade 5 titanium body keeps weight to 12.9 oz — light enough that the added length of a suppressor doesn’t turn a field rifle into a nose-heavy burden on a long stalk. Where the BTi-30 earns its keep as a precision-oriented design is in the interchangeable endcap system. Both a vented and a sealed endcap ship with every unit. The vented endcap reduces peak pressure inside the blast chamber, which shortens the time the suppressor exerts rearward force on the bolt during the pressure cycle — the practical result is faster bolt return and less gas blowback toward the action and shooter. The sealed endcap trades that dynamic for maximum sound suppression, making it the right choice when the shot itself is the priority and shooter comfort between shots is secondary. Swapping between them requires only a 5/8-inch socket, so the choice can be made at the range or in the field based on conditions and purpose.

The HUB-compatible muzzle-indexing mount seats against the crown of the muzzle rather than indexing off the shoulder of the threading. This matters because shoulder-indexed designs are susceptible to alignment errors if the shoulder isn’t cut perfectly square — crown indexing largely sidesteps that variable. The 5/8″-24 direct-thread mount is included, and the standard 1.375″x24 TPI HUB interface means the suppressor is compatible with a broad ecosystem of third-party mounts if you later want quick-detach or taper-mount capability.

The C-Series Cerakote finish — available in Graphite Black, Tactical Grey, or Flat Dark Earth — is rated for high heat and is ultrasonic-safe, which simplifies cleaning without stripping the coating. Bergara rates the BTi-30 for cartridges up to .300 RUM, giving it meaningful headroom across the full range of .30-caliber bolt-gun applications.
