C&H PLT FOR GLK 43X MOS TO HOLO EPS

Description

The Glock 43X and 48 MOS slides use a proprietary footprint that doesn’t accept the Holosun EPS or EPS Carry directly. This plate from C&H Precision solves that without sending your slide to a mill. It sits between the MOS cut and the optic, bridging the footprint difference so the EPS family mounts flush and secure on a stock slide.

The plate is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with Mil-Spec Type III hardcoat anodization, which matters for a carry gun because the surface sees constant contact with holsters, hands, and the elements. At .095″ to .098″ thick, it adds almost nothing to the optic’s height above bore, and the two recoil posts bear the rearward impulse load so the mounting screws aren’t doing structural work they weren’t designed for. The stainless steel T-nuts are replaceable, which means a stripped thread doesn’t retire the plate — you swap the hardware and continue.

The V4 design also keeps your existing iron sights usable with a standard-height front post, so you’re not forced into suppressor-height sights to co-witness. For a compact carry pistol where the optic footprint is small and every millimeter of height affects holster fit and draw stroke, that low-profile geometry is a deliberate design choice rather than an afterthought. Installation uses Torx head screws and is straightforward enough to do at home with basic tools.
