Description

The Gen 6 Glock MOS footprint is a different cut from the Gen 5, and most adapter plates on the market were designed for the older pattern. This plate from C&H Precision addresses that directly, bridging the Gen 6 Optic Ready System footprint to the Holosun 509T mounting pattern without requiring any modification to the slide itself. It fits the full-size and compact Gen 6 MOS lineup—G17, G19, G20, G21, G22, G23, G26, G34, G35, G40, G41, G45, and G47—but will not work in a Gen 5 cut, so confirming your generation before ordering matters.

The plate is machined from mild steel rather than aluminum. Steel adds weight at the very top of the slide, but it also resists the sustained compression loads at the optic-to-plate interface better than softer alloys, which matters if the 509T is your primary carry or duty optic and the pistol sees heavy round counts. The Hard Coated black finish provides a corrosion barrier consistent with the rest of the platform. Mounting hardware is stainless steel, which resists galvanic interaction with the steel plate better than plated fasteners would over time.

Three M4 x 7mm socket-head screws are included for attaching the plate to the slide. C&H recommends dry-fitting all components before final installation, since the plate is machined to tight tolerances and minor variation across slides, optics, and hardware can affect seating.
