Description

The C&H Precision V4 is an adapter plate built for shooters who want to run a Holosun EPS or EPS Carry on a Glock MOS pistol without compromise. The Glock MOS system uses a removable cover plate, which means the quality of the adapter sitting between your slide and your optic directly determines how stable that zero will be under recoil. C&H addresses this by CNC machining the plate from 6061 aluminum, keeping it thin enough to minimize height-over-bore impact while maintaining the rigidity needed to hold a zero through sustained use.

Where many adapter plates rely on threaded holes cut directly into aluminum — threads that can strip and render the plate useless — C&H instead presses stainless-steel T-nuts into the plate body. The optic screws thread into those inserts rather than into the aluminum itself, providing a substantially deeper thread engagement and protecting the plate from the most common failure mode of this type of accessory. All mounting hardware is stainless steel, and because each component is replaceable individually, damage to a screw or nut does not mean replacing the entire plate.

The plate ships with two plate mounting screws and two optic mounting screws, so everything needed for installation is included. The Type III hard coat anodized finish is more than cosmetic — it adds surface hardness to the aluminum, improving wear resistance in the area that sees repeated optic removal and reinstallation. Note that this plate fits standard Glock MOS pistols but is not compatible with the Glock 43X MOS or Glock 48 MOS, which use a different footprint geometry. Manufactured in the USA.
