Description

The C&H Precision V4 MIL/LEO adapter plate solves a straightforward problem: Glock’s MOS system uses a generic mounting footprint, and the OEM plates that ship with the pistol are made from relatively soft material with limited thread engagement. This plate gives shooters who run a Trijicon RMR, SRO, or compatible Holosun optic a more durable foundation under their red dot without requiring any permanent modification to the slide.

C&H machines the plate from 6061 aluminum and applies a Type III hard coat anodize finish, which puts the surface hardness well above what a standard anodize layer provides. That matters on a handgun, where the plate sits between a reciprocating slide and an optic absorbing recoil with every round fired. The hardware carries equal weight here: the T-posts are 416 stainless steel and are designed to be replaceable, so worn or damaged posts can be swapped without retiring the entire plate. Torx-head mounting screws are included along with a single-use application of VibraTite VC-3 thread locker, which keeps fastener torque stable under sustained recoil without requiring permanent adhesive.

Plate thickness runs from .095 to .099 inches, which determines how the optic sits relative to the slide’s existing iron sight cuts. Shooters who want to verify or set up co-witness irons should account for that dimension when selecting sight height. The plate is compatible with MOS-equipped Glock models including the 17, 19, 22, 23, 34, and 40, as well as Holosun 407C, 507C, 508C, and 508T footprints alongside the RMR and SRO.
