Description

The C&H Precision Staccato Duo plate solves a straightforward problem: the Holosun 509T uses a mounting footprint that doesn’t align with the Staccato Duo’s factory cut, and this adapter bridges that gap. It’s the right choice for a Staccato Duo owner who wants to run a 509T without committing to a permanent slide mill.

C&H machines the plate from mild steel rather than aluminum. Steel adds mass, but it also resists the compression and galling that can develop at the screw seats over a high round count, which matters when the plate is cycling under recoil with every shot. The mounting hardware is stainless steel throughout, pairing well with the plate’s Electro Deposition painted black finish — a process that drives paint into surface irregularities for more consistent coverage than spray-applied coatings, particularly in recessed areas around screw holes.

The package ships with two sets of mounting screws: three 8-32 x .250 low-socket-head screws for attaching the plate to the slide, and three M4 x 6mm screws for securing the optic to the plate. Having both sets in the box avoids the common frustration of receiving a plate and then hunting for hardware before you can complete the install. One important compatibility note from C&H: this plate does not fit the Holosun HE509-RD ACSS Vulcan, only the standard 509T.

The plate is also listed as compatible with the broader Staccato family, including the C, C2, CS, P, XC, and XL, so if you run multiple Staccato pistols, the same plate design carries across the line. C&H recommends dry-fitting all components before final installation to account for tolerance stack between the slide, plate, and optic.
