CMMG BNSHE MK4 300BLK 8″ PB 30RD TNG

Description

The Banshee Mk4 in .300 AAC Blackout is built around a use case that the cartridge was specifically engineered for: short barrels and suppressed fire. The 8-inch barrel does give up some velocity with supersonic loads compared to a 16-inch host, but .300 Blackout was designed from the ground up to cycle reliably and deliver useful terminal performance even out of short barrels — so that trade-off is largely baked into the cartridge’s engineering rather than being a limitation of this particular platform.

The direct impingement operating system runs from a carbine-length gas setup tuned for the Mk4’s compact dimensions, and the adjustable gas block gives you a straightforward way to dial the system in whether you’re running heavy subsonic loads or standard supersonic ammunition. That flexibility matters more with .300 Blackout than with most cartridges, since the pressure curves between a 220-grain subsonic and a 110-grain supersonic round are substantially different. The 1:7 twist barrel handles the full weight range without difficulty.

The upper is machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum, and the lower is forged 7075-T6 — a combination that gives you a stiffer upper for consistent fit against the handguard and barrel extension, with the strength of forged alloy where stress concentrates on the lower. CMMG’s EML7 M-LOK handguard provides full-length accessory attachment along the sides and bottom, with Picatinny rail sections on top and M-LOK slots filling the gaps between them. The Zeroed drop-in trigger, ambidextrous safety, and ambidextrous charging handle are all factory-installed. The pistol ships with a Magpul 30-round PMAG and wears a Tungsten Cerakote finish throughout.
