Description
The ZEROED 36 is a do-it-all suppressor built around the .36 caliber bore, meaning it covers everything from 9mm and smaller centerfire pistol rounds up through rifle cartridges in the 350 Legend and 8.6 BLK class. That range makes it genuinely useful across a mixed collection rather than optimized for a single host. The suppressor is constructed from heat-treated 17-4 stainless steel with a nitride finish, a combination that handles the heat and carbon of sustained fire without demanding obsessive maintenance schedules.
The mounting system is where the ZEROED 36 earns its flexibility. Rather than a fixed direct-thread attachment, it uses CMMG’s HUB pattern — a modular interface that lets the suppressor accept any HUB-compatible QD mount or muzzle device in place of the included direct-thread mounts. Two direct-thread HUB mounts ship in the box, one threaded at 1/2″-28 for most pistol-caliber hosts and one at 5/8″-24 for larger rifle-caliber barrels, so the most common threading scenarios are covered from day one. If you already run a HUB-pattern muzzle device on a host, you can skip the included mounts entirely and attach directly to that existing hardware.
For disassembly and timing, the direct-thread mounts have 7/8″ wrench flats, and the welded front end cap incorporates a 3/8″ square drive — practical details that make field work straightforward without specialized tooling. The tubeless, laser-welded construction keeps internal geometry consistent and eliminates the failure points associated with traditional stacked-baffle designs. All manufacturing is done in-house at CMMG’s facility. The suppressor carries a full-auto rating with approximately 240 rounds between cooldown periods, which is a realistic threshold for most use cases outside of sustained training drills.
