The BTi-30 is built for precision hunters and long-range shooters who want consistent, repeatable performance from a suppressor rather than simply reduced noise. Bergara constructed the tube and baffles from Grade 5 titanium, a material that keeps weight low while maintaining the structural integrity needed to handle cartridges up to 300 RUM — meaning the same suppressor that rides on a hunting rifle can move to a magnum platform without compromise.

The most consequential design choice is the interchangeable end cap system. The vented end cap bleeds propellant gas out of the blast chamber before it can fully pressurize behind the bullet, which shortens the pressure pulse that the action sees at the bolt face. The practical result is faster bolt return, reduced felt blowback, and tighter shot-to-shot groupings because the rifle returns to battery more consistently. When maximum sound reduction is the priority — say, a close-range hunting situation — the sealed end cap swaps in with a 5/8-inch socket, recovering the full suppression potential. Most suppressors force a fixed trade-off between these two characteristics; the BTi-30 lets the shooter make that call in the field.

Mounting centers on a standard 1.375×24 TPI HUB interface, which means the suppressor is compatible with direct thread, taper mount, and quick-detach systems you may already own, rather than locking you into a proprietary mounting ecosystem. The included muzzle-indexing mount seats against the crown of the muzzle rather than the shoulder of the threads, which eliminates the alignment errors that shoulder-indexed designs can introduce. External fluting along the body accelerates heat dissipation between strings of fire. The Flat Dark Earth C-Series Cerakote finish is rated for ultrasonic cleaning and high-temperature exposure, so routine maintenance does not threaten the coating.
