Description

The ZEROED 46K is a compact suppressor built for shooters who want meaningful noise reduction on centerfire pistol-caliber rifles, PDWs, or handguns chambered in .45 ACP or smaller, without the bulk and weight that come with a full-length can. Trimming overall length compared to the standard ZEROED 46 means less muzzle-heavy handling and a shorter package in tight environments, though the trade-off is modest: the 46K still delivers substantial sound reduction and carries a full-auto rating, so it holds up under sustained fire without babying.

CMMG machines the 46K entirely from 17-4 stainless steel and finishes it with a surface-hardening nitride treatment. That combination resists heat and corrosion without requiring exotic materials or a weight penalty from a separate sleeve. Everything is produced in-house at CMMG’s facility, which keeps tolerances consistent across the build.

Mounting uses the 1.375″-24 HUB pattern, an industry-standard interface that accepts direct thread or QD mounts from any manufacturer supporting that footprint. Two direct thread HUB mounts ship in the box — one 1/2″-28 and one 5/8″-24 — covering the two most common thread pitches for pistol-caliber hosts. If your host runs a different pitch, additional HUB-compatible mounts are sold separately. Direct thread mounts include 7/8″ wrench flats for tightening, and the non-removable front end cap accepts a standard 1/2″ square drive ratchet or breaker bar, so disassembly and maintenance require no proprietary tooling.
