The Colt LE6920 EPRII PRO Complete Upper Receiver Group is built for law enforcement professionals, serious competition shooters, and experienced AR-15 owners who want a factory-assembled, duty-grade upper without sourcing components piecemeal. It drops directly onto any standard mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver and arrives fully configured for immediate use.

The chrome-lined carbon steel barrel extends service life and resists fouling under sustained fire — chrome lining is particularly useful when round counts are high and cleaning is infrequent, which is exactly the scenario duty-oriented rifles face. The 1:7 right-hand twist rate stabilizes heavier projectiles effectively, making this barrel well-matched to 62-grain through 77-grain loads commonly used in defensive and precision applications, while still handling standard 55-grain ammunition without issue.

The free-floating M-LOK handguard isolates the barrel entirely from hand pressure. On a standard delta-ring carbine, squeezing the handguard while shooting introduces a flex point between your support hand and the barrel that shifts point of impact; eliminating that contact makes groups tighter and more consistent without changing anything else about your technique. The full-length top Picatinny rail preserves uninterrupted optic placement across the entire receiver and handguard span.

The PRO configuration distinguishes itself from the base EPRII by including a Radian Raptor ambidextrous charging handle and Magpul MBUS Pro folding iron sights already installed. Both are components many builders add separately; having them factory-fitted means the upper is immediately usable as a complete sighting system.
