Description

The Geissele Super Precision mount for the Trijicon MRO is built for shooters who want a zero-return optics platform that survives hard use without requiring re-zeroing after removal. The design is specific to the MRO footprint rather than a universal adapter, which means the fit is tight and the optical centerline is consistent shot to shot and mount to mount.

The lower one-third co-witness height positions the MRO so that iron sights remain fully usable through the lower portion of the optic’s window. That geometry lets you transition to irons without removing the optic or dramatically shifting your cheek weld — the sight picture is there when you need it, not obscured by the mount body.

The mount is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, a material that carries a high strength-to-weight ratio and holds precise dimensions under the kind of clamping forces this mount develops. The Type III hard coat anodize goes deeper into the aluminum surface than standard anodize, producing a finish that resists abrasion and corrosion rather than just coating the exterior. Attachment to any Picatinny rail uses a classic nut-and-bolt fastener system that generates 1,400 pounds of clamping force, keeping the optic anchored through sustained fire without relying on lever-style clamps that can back off under recoil.
