The HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD is a muzzle device built around two jobs: cutting visible flash when the rifle is run without a suppressor, and providing a quick-detach attachment point for a compatible HUXWRX suppressor when you want one. That dual purpose matters because most standalone flash hiders have to be removed before threading on a can, which means re-timing and re-torquing each time. The QD interface eliminates that step entirely, letting the suppressor lock onto the flash hider directly.

The 5/8×24 thread pitch suits heavier-barreled .223 Rem and 5.56 NATO platforms where that pitch is standard, and the stainless steel construction holds up to the heat cycling that comes with sustained fire.
