Description

The HUXWRX QD 762 Muzzle Brake is built for .308 and 7.62 NATO shooters who want a brake that does double duty: it reduces recoil and muzzle rise during firing, and it serves as the mounting interface for HUXWRX’s HX-QD 762 and HX-QD Magnum Ti suppressors. That quick-detach design means you can run the brake on its own at the range and attach a compatible suppressor without tools or a separate mounting system — the brake is already doing the work of a mount.

The 5/8″-24 tpi thread pattern is the standard for .30-caliber barrels on AR-10 and similar platforms, so fitment on most production .308 rifles is straightforward without an adapter. The brake is finished in black and measures 2.30 inches in length with a 1.20-inch diameter, which keeps it compact enough to avoid meaningfully changing the balance of the rifle. At 3.70 ounces, it adds less weight than a full suppressor mount assembly would.

For shooters already running or planning to run an HX-QD 762 or HX-QD Magnum Ti suppressor, this brake eliminates the need to carry a separate mount.
