Description

The Magpul DAKA Lite Pouch in Small is built for situations where every ounce matters. It belongs in a daypack, hunting bag, or travel duffel as a lightweight sub-organizer rather than a standalone carry solution — the kind of pouch you reach for when you need to separate electronics, emergency gear, or small accessories without adding meaningful bulk to your load.

The shell is 70-denier TPU-coated nylon, a lighter and more flexible material than what Magpul uses in the original DAKA line. That difference is deliberate: the original DAKA pouches are relatively structured; the Lite series trades some of that rigidity for packability, so the pouch compresses down when empty instead of holding its shape. RF-welded seams keep the construction light while maintaining strength along the stress points where stitched seams would otherwise add weight or create potential failure lines.

The zipper is water-repellant, which provides a meaningful degree of protection against incidental moisture — rain, condensation, a wet pack interior — without making this a sealed dry bag. The injection-molded zipper pull is Magpul-embossed and sized to be worked with gloved hands or in low-light conditions without having to hunt for it. Carabiner attachment points on the pouch let you clip it to pack webbing or loop it to other gear so it stays accessible and doesn’t migrate to the bottom of a larger bag.

This is a straightforward organizational tool suited to backpacking, camping, hunting, and vehicle use anywhere weight and packability outweigh the need for a more rigid structure.
