Description
The Magpul M-LOK GI Sling Swivel gives M-LOK-equipped rifles and shotguns a fixed, low-profile attachment point for traditional loop-style slings. It is a straightforward choice for shooters who prefer a conventional sling setup over a quick-detach system — the steel loop is a passive, non-articulating anchor that eliminates the rattle and potential for accidental release that QD sockets can introduce under hard use.
The base is machined from aluminum with a Mil-Spec anodized finish, which keeps weight down while resisting the corrosion that bare or poorly finished metals accumulate in field conditions. The loop itself is steel with a protective coating, and its opening is wide enough to accept webbing up to 1-1/4 inches, covering the full range of standard two-point and single-point sling widths without modification.
Mounting follows the standard M-LOK interface: cammed T-nuts draw the mount tight against the slot walls as the hardware is torqued, and recoil and impact mitigation lugs transfer rearward force into the handguard body rather than letting it load the fastener alone. Beveled edges on the base keep the profile from catching on gear during carry or vehicle entry. The result is a mount that stays where it is set and does not add meaningful bulk to the handguard. Made in the USA.
