The Reptilia Socket is a purpose-built QD sling attachment point for M-LOK handguards, designed for shooters who want a secure, repeatable sling connection without adding bulk or creating snag points. Where a standard QD cup sits proud of the surface and can catch on gear, body armor, or vehicle interiors, the Socket’s low-profile form keeps the swivel recessed enough to move cleanly through tight spaces without sacrificing the tool-free detach that makes QD hardware practical in the first place.

The body is machined from billet 7075-T6 aluminum, which provides the structural density needed to handle sling tension and dynamic loading without the weight penalty of steel. The exterior receives a MIL-STD Type III, Class 2 hard anodize finish — the same specification used on military hardware — which resists abrasion and corrosion through conditions that would degrade softer coatings. Attachment to any M-LOK compatible handguard uses Magpul M-LOK hardware, which is included in the box, so there is no sourcing secondary fasteners before installation.
