Description

The Magpul MOE-K Grip is built for shooters running compact AR-15 or M4 configurations where a standard pistol grip becomes a liability. The defining characteristic is a steeper, more vertical grip angle than a traditional A2 grip. On a short-LOP or PDW-style rifle, that geometry pulls the shooting hand closer to the body, which keeps the elbow tucked and improves overall control in confined spaces rather than forcing the arm into an awkward outward angle.

Where the standard MOE grip includes a backstrap beavertail that adds bulk behind the hand, the MOE-K omits it entirely. That reduction in circumference is deliberate — shooters with smaller hands or those who simply prefer a slimmer hold will find the grip easier to wrap and index consistently. It is not a compromise for compactness; it is a specific design choice that trades storage space and the fuller feel of a beavertail for a cleaner, more neutral hand position.

Construction is one-piece reinforced polymer throughout, and the exterior uses Magpul’s TSP texture — a pattern of grooves and stippling that gives the hand purchase without being abrasive through extended handling. The grip ships with all mounting hardware, so it drops straight onto a mil-spec AR lower with no additional parts required.
