Description
The MDT ACC Elite is a chassis built specifically for competitive precision rifle shooting — PRS, NRL, and similar formats where stage variety demands a rifle that fits the shooter precisely and settles back on target predictably. It inlets for the Remington 700 short action, one of the most widely supported platforms in the custom bolt-gun market, which means pillar-bedded actions, aftermarket barrels, and bottom metal all transfer into this chassis without compromise.
The chassis body is machined from 6061 aluminum with a black anodized finish, which resists corrosion without adding weight or requiring any special field maintenance. The forend carries M-LOK slots along both sides and a full-length Arca rail on the bottom, so tripod and bag work can be set up without adapters — a meaningful advantage when stage props change between positions. An extra-wide barricade stop lets the rifle engage barricade obstacles cleanly across a range of contact angles rather than rocking on a narrow surface.
The included SRS-X Elite buttstock adjusts without tools, so length of pull and cheek height can be dialed between stages rather than between matches. Recoil geometry matters here: a properly fitted stock keeps the shooter’s eye centered on the glass through recoil, which reduces the time spent re-acquiring the target. The MDT Vertical Grip Elite ships with the chassis and offers adjustable grip angle, letting shooters optimize wrist and forearm alignment for their specific hold. M-LOK thumb rest attachment points sit above the grip on both sides. The magwell latch is accessible from either side, which keeps operation consistent regardless of shooting position. The Flat Dark Earth finish is MDT’s own color designation.
