Description

The MDT SCS is built for precision rifle shooters who want a chassis-level cheek weld and length-of-pull consistency in a package that runs on a standard carbine buffer tube interface. That interface means it drops onto any mil-spec collapsible tube without tools or adapter hardware, making it a practical upgrade path for shooters already running MDT chassis systems like the LSS Gen2 or LSS-XL Gen2, or others with the compatible interface.

MDT machines the main structure from 6061-T6 aluminum and applies a Cerakote finish in Flat Dark Earth, giving the stock durability that holds up to field use without the weight penalty of a steel or polymer alternative. The buffer tube and cheek riser posts are anodized aluminum rather than plastic, which matters when you are adjusting under field conditions and need the hardware to stay put once set.

The adjustability here is the central selling point. Length of pull moves one inch via thumbwheel without reaching for a tool, and the buttpad travels 1.5 inches vertically and cants ten degrees in either direction, so you can tune the pad position to your actual shoulder geometry rather than adapting your mount to whatever the stock gives you. The cheek riser adjusts 1.5 inches in height and slides forward and rearward along the buffer tube, and can also be reversed, which lets you dial in eye relief independently of your length-of-pull setting. Two QD sling attachment points and an M-LOK slot on the underside for a bag rider or accessories complete the package without adding unnecessary bulk to the skeleton profile.
