Description

The MDT Send iT Gen2 is an electronic rifle level designed for precision shooters who need reliable cant feedback without breaking their sight picture. The core idea is straightforward: instead of glancing down at a bubble level and losing your focus on the target, your peripheral vision reads a cluster of LEDs mounted at the side of your rifle. When the rifle is level, you get a green signal. When it is canted, the indicators tell you which way and by how much—no interpretation required, no wasted time re-acquiring the target after you look away.

This V-Mount variant attaches via a side Picatinny rail, positioning the display where it sits naturally in your peripheral field of view without obstructing your optic or adding bulk along the top of the receiver. The modular design allows you to reverse the button orientation to suit left- or right-handed setups and to swap mounting configurations if your rig changes down the road. Brightness is user-adjustable, which matters in full sun on an exposed ridge just as much as it does in low-light morning conditions where even a dim LED can wash out your focus.

The Gen2 unit is roughly half the physical footprint of the original Send iT, which is a meaningful reduction on a rifle that is already balanced and loaded. Runtime on a single CR2032 battery runs to around 200 hours, so the level is not something you will be swapping batteries for mid-season. The sensor is calibrated across multiple axes, meaning it reads accurately whether you are shooting on flat ground, uphill, or on an angled stage—conditions where a simple two-axis bubble gives you no useful information at all.
