Description
The Night Fision Optics Ready Stealth is built specifically for Glock shooters who have milled their slide or run a direct-mount optic footprint and want a front sight that still functions when the red dot goes dark. This particular set pairs a tritium front sight with a yellow ring around the vial, which gives the front sight a distinct reference point in daylight without depending on ambient light the way a fiber-optic tube does. The rear sight is a blank — intentionally so. When a full-size optic like the Trijicon RMR, Holosun 507c, or 508t occupies the rear dovetail footprint, a rear night sight adds nothing useful and can clutter the sight picture during a transition to irons.
The front blade is sized to co-witness at approximately the lower third of the optic window. That height keeps the tritium vial visible through the glass as a backup reference rather than bisecting it, so the dot remains the primary aiming point with the front sight sitting below as a confirmation, not a distraction. The sights are CNC machined from steel and finished in Black Nitride, which improves both surface hardness and corrosion resistance. The domed tritium lens design is Night Fision’s own approach to concentrating the glow into a tighter, more defined point rather than letting the light scatter across a flat window. This set is fitted for the Glock 17, 19, and 34 slide dimensions and mates to optics using the standard RMR footprint on a direct-mount or MOS-type system without an adapter plate.
