Description
The Night Fision Pistol Optic Plate is a mounting adapter for Glock Slimline owners — specifically those running the Glock 43X or 48 with the Version 1 MOS factory cut (the RMSc pattern) — who want to mount a Holosun 507K or any optic sharing that footprint. The V1 MOS cut is the original Slimline MOS configuration, and this plate bridges it to the 507K pattern without requiring any additional machining to the slide.
Night Fision machines the plate from 17-4 stainless steel, a grade chosen for its resistance to deformation under repeated recoil impulse. A nitride coating is applied over the steel to reduce corrosion and surface wear. At 0.2 inches thick, the plate adds a controlled amount of height between the slide and the optic, which affects how your iron sights co-witness if you run them alongside a red dot. Night Fision publishes a pairing guide that maps out co-witness positions for specific sight and optic combinations, which is worth checking before you commit to a rear sight height.
The package includes extra mounting screws and a dual-function optic tool: one end is a T10 Torx driver for the plate hardware, and the other is a small flathead that handles both optic windage and elevation adjustments and the battery compartment screw on Holosun optics. It is worth noting that this plate does not fit the 2026-and-later Slimline MOS models, which use the revised V2 MOS cut (the HoloK pattern). Night Fision backs the plate with a limited lifetime warranty and a 30-day return policy.
