Description
The Night Fision Pistol Optic Plate is a purpose-built adapter for shooters who want to mount a Holosun EPS on a full-size Glock MOS pistol—specifically the Glock 17, 19, and 47—without modifying the slide itself. The MOS system uses a standardized cutout, but the EPS footprint does not match it directly, so this plate bridges that gap with a precise mechanical fit rather than a shim or workaround.
Night Fision machines the plate from 17-4 stainless steel, which provides meaningfully greater hardness and corrosion resistance compared to aluminum alternatives. That matters here because the plate sits between the slide and the optic and absorbs every recoil impulse the pistol generates. A softer material would eventually allow the optic to shift under repeated firing. The nitride coating adds a second layer of surface protection without adding measurable thickness. At 0.2 inches thick, the plate does raise the optic relative to the bore axis, which affects co-witness height—Night Fision publishes a pairing guide that maps this plate to specific backup sight heights for a lower-third co-witness if that matters to your setup.
The package includes the plate itself, hardware sized for the EPS, and Night Fision’s optic tool—a T10 Torx driver for the mounting screws on one end and a small flat-head for windage and elevation adjustments and the EPS battery compartment on the other. The tool has a lanyard hole so it can stay on your range bag or belt rather than getting lost between uses. Slimline Glock MOS models are not compatible with this plate; those require a separate variant.
