Description

Night Fision’s Optic Plate + Backup Sight Combo is built for Glock Full Size and Compact MOS shooters who want a red dot mounted without sacrificing the ability to use iron sights. The plate is machined from 17-4 stainless steel and finished with a nitride coating, which provides corrosion resistance and hardness without adding meaningful weight or changing the slide’s profile under recoil cycling.

The optic cut is sized for the Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprint, which also accommodates the Sig Sauer Romeo Pro. If your optic uses that mounting pattern, it drops straight onto this plate without adapters. The plate does not fit Glock Slimline MOS models — the geometry is specific to Full Size and Compact MOS frames.

What makes this a combo rather than a bare plate is the co-witness backup sight system. The front sight uses tritium, which matters in low-light because you have a usable aiming reference even if the optic fails or the battery dies. The rear is blank and serrated, keeping the sight picture clean without competing visually with the dot. The co-witness height is lower 1/3, meaning the irons appear in the lower portion of the optic’s window rather than centered on the dot, which reduces visual clutter during normal dot-on use while still allowing a full sight picture when needed. Mounting hardware and an installation tool are included, so no separate tooling is required to complete the swap.
