Description
The Night Fision Optics Ready Stealth is a tritium night sight set built specifically for Glock pistols running optics-ready MOS slides — the kind of setup where a red dot occupies the top of the gun and the factory rear sight location is no longer available for a conventional notch-and-post arrangement. On a standard Glock slide, rear night sights sit where the optic would go. Night Fision solves this by designing the rear sights to co-witness through the optic’s window, keeping iron backup capability without raising the sight picture into a compromised position. The result is a coherent system rather than a workaround.
The front sight uses a tritium vial to remain visible in darkness without batteries or activation. The yellow front ring around that vial serves a practical purpose in ambient or low light: it draws the eye to the front sight faster than an unringed vial, which matters when a sight picture needs to come together quickly. The rear sights use black rings, which reduces visual clutter and keeps the focus forward where it belongs during a sight picture rather than pulling the eye rearward. This front-yellow, rear-black combination is a deliberate contrast choice, not an aesthetic one.
Fit is confirmed for Glock 17, 19, and 34 platforms running optics-ready configurations. If your Glock is a standard non-MOS slide, this is not the correct sight set — Night Fision produces separate variants for those frames, and the mounting geometry here is specific to the optics-ready cut.
