Description

The Infinity 556K is a full-auto-rated suppressor built for shooters who want a single can that performs consistently across a wide range of rifle platforms and barrel lengths. Its core advantage is an adjustable end cap system that lets you tune back pressure to match the gas characteristics of whatever host you are running. A bolt gun and an over-gassed short-barreled AR produce very different dwell pressures, and swapping end caps rather than chasing the problem with a different suppressor or an adjustable gas block is a straightforward solution. The suppressor ships with a medium back pressure end cap installed; low and high back pressure caps are sold separately, giving you meaningful range on both ends without rebuilding anything.

The tube is printed from Haynes 282, a nickel-based superalloy developed for sustained high-temperature service in aerospace applications. The relevance to a suppressor is thermal headroom: repeated strings of fire push temperatures high enough that many alloys begin to lose structural integrity, and Haynes 282 maintains its mechanical properties well into that range. The practical result is a can you can run hard without managing heat as a limiting factor. The mount uses a 1.375″x24 hub-style thread pattern, which is compatible with a wide range of direct-thread mounts and quick-detach adapters built to that standard. At 5.5 inches long and 14.5 ounces, it adds modest length and weight to the host without dramatically shifting the balance point, which matters more on a shorter rifle than it does on a full-length barrel.
