Description

The Universe-36 is built for the shooter who wants a single suppressor that works across an unusually wide range of platforms and calibers rather than a dedicated can for each host. Any cartridge whose projectile is .36 caliber or smaller is fair game, which means everything from rimfire and 5.56 up through .338 Lapua can run through the same tube without swapping cores or sending anything back to the manufacturer.

The baffle stack is DMLS-printed from Inconel, a nickel-chromium alloy chosen for its ability to handle sustained high-heat cycles without degrading — relevant if you plan to run it on a full-auto host or in extended strings of fire. The construction is not a welded or stacked-wafer design; the additive manufacturing process grows the geometry as a single coherent structure, which eliminates the failure points that come with mechanically joined components under pressure.

Back pressure management is handled through a user-swappable end cap system. The suppressor ships with a 9mm low back pressure end cap installed, and additional caps in 9mm high back pressure, 7.62 low and high back pressure, and 5.56 low and high back pressure are sold separately. Choosing between low and high back pressure for a given caliber lets you tune gas blowback to the host’s operating system without modifying the gun itself. End cap changes require only a standard socket or adjustable wrench — no proprietary tooling.

Mounting is handled through a universal HUB and 1.375×24 thread interface, which means the suppressor is compatible with a broad ecosystem of direct-thread mounts, QD systems, boosters, and three-lug adapters without being locked into a single manufacturer’s accessory line. No mount is included; the suppressor ships ready to accept whatever interface suits your host. One note on caliber limits: do not use the Universe-36 on .338 Lapua with a barrel shorter than 24 inches.
